This morning when I opened the front door to get the paper, this is what greeted me.
I laughed outloud. Don't you think it's creative? Much better than being toilet papered or egged.
Last Christmas a group of kids stole our trampoline while we were in California. Now that was creative. There were 7 or 8 kids and they had to lift then entire trampoline over our 6 ft fence because the gate was locked. Then they hauled it at night in the back of a pickup to one of their houses. I'm sure that mom woke up and thought...when did we buy a trampoline?
I got a shot of them returning it. Of course it took us a month to get them to bring it back and then another 3 weeks before we got the net that goes around the outside put back on...a small price to pay for a good memory.
On New Years day last year, when we opened the front door to get the newspaper there were 8 Christmas Trees piled up in front of it. We couldn't open our screen door and had to go out the garage to get out of the house. Another creative prank.
So as long as they continue in this same spirit, I say "bring it on." Of course...it does make me wonder what my boys are doing to other people's houses.
