And the winner is.....

Me?????

Yep...my friend and fellow photographer & blogger, CAT sent me a link to her blog where she crowned me a winner of one of her favorite blogs. 

So now instead of resting on my fine blogging Laurels, I have to follow these rules:

These are the rules for these winners...

1. The award may be displayed on a winner’s blog.

2. Add a link to the person who you received the award from.

3. Nominate up to seven other blogs.

4. Then add their links to your blog.

5. Add a message to each person that you have passed the award on to in the comments section of their blog.

Did I mention that I suck at rules!

But I do have several blogs that I check regularly.

First of all my friends:

Jessi - who was already nominated (so she doesn't count in my 7...darn it). But she is a fabulous photographer and deserves the award twice!

Allison - who inspires me daily to create and get out there and photograph things. Her mini books and ATCS are so rich with texture and color...they are a feast for the eyes.

Layle - who I wish I could take a shopping trip around the world with and who makes my home look amazing (or rather she will when we start decorating this new one). I love her scrapbooking and decorating style. It is fresh mixed with a little funk and then with some vintage on top.

and Rhonna - who is a whirling dervish of creativity all packed into one tiny little body. Amazing...Amazing...and Incredible. I swear she's found a way to create in her sleep because otherwise I don't know how she is producing so many amazing designs.

Then I have to look at:

Tara Whitney's eye-candy. Her photographs are like art...happy, colorful, beautiful art of human kind.

Teresa McFayden - She takes old stuff and does wonderous things with it. Always chic and stylish with a bit of whimsy thrown in.

Sally Jean - if I could spend a week with one creative artist it would be Sally Jean. She's funny and creativity just oozes from her. Her art captivates me and makes me smile. And of course, most of it you can wear so that's an added bonus.

Stephanie Lee - another amazing artist. I've taken a few classes from her and am in awe of her talent. I want to fill my house with her art. Plus...she's a great teacher, so if you get a chance to take a class with her...DO IT!

so...if your name appears above...I've passed the brilliante torch to you... :o) - you can thank me later.
