I'm really excited to teach at this - it is going to be such a fun event.
I am hoping to post some sneak peeks of it this coming week - so watch for those!
In Utah this past week it was the Utah Educators Convention which meant that the boys have been out of school.
Usually this is the time of year that we love to travel but because of the inclement weather the past month, Mike and Spencer really needed to get the new engine installed in his 4-Runner.
The boys also helped me out on the yard and I tried to get out everyday and take a walk because it is GORGEOUS right now.
This is our "CRAPLE" tree. Mick calls it this because it drops tons of 'crappy crabapples" that have to be picked up. But is sure is pretty.
And I still have a backyard full of roses.
I'm amazed that these rose bushes have had blooms on them from May - October and it looks like they aren't dropping off anytime soon.
Exciting news! This past week we hired my friend Susan's husband, Steve, to finish my studio! Yay! We wanted to get me out of the dining room by THanksgiving because we'll have such a big family gathering that day and really need the space.
So I also spent the weekend picking out cabinets, looking at countertops and brainstorming with Layle over what I should do in the space.
