I've been asked by several people to post more photos of the Europe Travel Journal that I did for the summer travel issue of Better Homes and Garden's Scrapbooks Etc.
If you want to download the printable travel cards for this album you will need to go to: http://www.scrapbooksetc.com/blogs/iscrapuscrap/2010/06/14/free-printable-journaling-cards/
If, for some reason they don't work, you'll need to contact Scrapbooks, Etc., as they own the rights to the cards.
The products that I used are almost all from Basic Grey Basic's line (which I designed) or from 7 Gypsies. To purchase these items online to to: http://twopeasinabucket.com/ or to the company's websites.
From the Basic Grey Basics collection these are the products I used:
And a bunch of the other Basics products that you can find here at Two Peas.
I used the 7 Gypsies Envelope Journal.
I cut several of the envelopes in half or down to 1/3 to add interest to the journal.
I also used papers from their Avignon Line.
And...my favorite, their Disclaimer Stamps. I LOVE these and use them ALL the time along with my Basic's stamps from BG.
I also used some of 7 Gypsies gaffer tape, gypsy ephemera, vintage ephermera, vintage transparencies, and various other products.
I have no instructions on how to put this together...just have fun! I thought a little bit in advance about what I'd want to record and then make the pages accordingly. Using the envelope journal was perfect because there are lots of places to stash ticket stubs and ephemera I pick up on the trip.
Good luck and happy travels!
